Über Kompetenzzentren (CoE)

Die Aufgabe von Kompetenzzentren (CoE) ist die Förderung evidenzbasierter Kompetenz bei lebenslanger GPP-Betreuung. 

Ihre Vision besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass jeder GPP-Patient: 

Patient, lebensbedrohliche Krankheit, GPP, lebenslange Krankheit, Act4GPP

Als Einzelperson respektiert wird, die eine seltene, schwere, lebensbedrohliche und lebenslange Krankheit hat 

Receives prompt diagnosis

Eine prompte Diagnose erhält 

gesundes emotionales und soziales Wohlbefinden, Act4GPP

Zugang zu evidenzbasierter, innovativer, lebenslanger, ganzheitlicher Betreuung hat  

Lebensqualität, Zugang zu Versorgung, lebensbedrohliche Krankheit, Act4GPP

CoE-Kriterien

Die CoEs wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit führenden medizinischen Fachkräften für GPP und Patientenorganisationen ermittelt, um Zugang zu Betreuung für Menschen mit GPP zu bieten.

Diese Zentren wurden eingerichtet mit:

  • dem höchsten Maß an Fachwissen.
  • einem multidisziplinären Team.
  • dem Ziel, die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse für Patienten zu erreichen.

Es gibt zurzeit mehrere CoEs in ganz Europa. Menschen mit GPP haben Zugang zu den neuesten klinischen Studien und der bestmöglichen Betreuung rund um GPP.
