Milyen kérdéseket tegyen fel orvosának?

Az Act4GPP célja, hogy felhívja a figyelmet a generalizált pustulosus psoriasisra, és támogassa a GPP-vel diagnosztizált betegeket, hogy érezzék, nincsenek egyedül az útjuk során.

A GPP megértése

Ha Önnél vagy egy ismerősénél generalizált pustulosus psoriasist (GPP) diagnosztizáltak, fontos tudni, hogy mi a GPP. 

A GPP egy ritka típusú pikkelysömör.1 Ez egy élethosszig tartó, tartósan fennálló autoinflammatorikus betegség, amely sajnos életveszélyes lehet.2 Ha nem kezelik, olyan szövődményekhez vezethet, mint a szepszis (fertőzés), veseelégtelenség, szívelégtelenség és akut légzési distressz szindróma (folyadék a tüdőben).3

A GPP diagnózis támogatása


A GPP tünetei magukban foglalják a pustulák (gennyes hólyagok) kialakulását, amelyek hirtelen megjelenhetnek és nagy bőrfelületeket boríthatnak be.4 A pustulák gyulladt, hólyagszerű, gennyel telt sebek (léziók), amelyek a bőr felszínén jelennek meg, és amelyek pikkelyes elváltozást mutathatnak, hámlanak vagy viszketnek, és fájdalmasak is lehetnek.10,11 Olyan (szisztémás) tüneteket tapasztalhat, mint a láz, ízületi fájdalom és izomgyengeség.2
