A kezelőközpontokról

A kezelőközpontok célja a GPP-vel élő betegekre szabott ideális kezelés megtalálása és egészségük
fenntartása egy életen át.

Céljuk annak biztosítása, hogy minden GPP-ben szenvedő páciens: 

beteg, életveszélyes betegség, GPP, élethosszig tartó betegség, Act4GPP

esetén felismerjék és tiszteletben tartsák, hogy egy ritka, súlyos, potenciálisan életveszélyes és élethosszig tartó betegségben szenved

bőrgyógyász, GPP diagnózis, specialista, Act4GPP

azonnali diagnózist kapjon 

healthy emotional and social wellbeing, Act4GPP

hozzáférést kapjon a tényeken alapuló, innovatív, egész életen át tartó holisztikus gondozáshoz  

életminőség, ellátáshoz való hozzáférés, életveszélyes betegség, Act4GPP

A kezelőközpontok jellemzői

A kezelőközpontokat vezető egészségügyi szakemberek jelölték ki, hogy a GPP-vel élő emberek számára hozzáférést biztosítsanak az ellátáshoz.  

Ezek a központok a következőket nyújtják: 

  • a legmagasabb szintű szakértelem.
  • multidiszciplináris csapat.

a cél a lehető legjobb eredmény elérése a betegek számára.

Európa-szerte jelenleg számos kezelőközpont létezik. A GPP-vel élő emberek hozzáférhetnek a legújabb klinikai vizsgálatokhoz és a GPP-vel kapcsolatos legjobb elérhető ellátáshoz.
